Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is well known for her portrayal of Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov is the eldest of two daughters was born and raised at Manhattan, New York. As a student at the Little Red School House, she made her debut in the professional world as Mrs. Peterson at age 10. The production was well-received by students in the 7th grade. In her later years she attended NYU Tisch at Paris and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training on various forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company was another school she attended. She also incorporated writing in her performances at the LAByrinth Theatre master class. Molly swapped her black jacket for a pair of black sunglasses before heading into Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word appearance on iCarly and received a great deal of interest from her parents. Since then, she's been on TV in a variety of roles. She also created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is known to claim she's a skilled basketball player despite the fact that it's far from the case. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
